AMUSE:
Autonomic Management of Ubiquitous Systems for
e-Health.
AMUSE
is a joint collaboration between the University of Glasgow and Imperial
College, London.
Funded by the EPSRC, AMUSE
will focus on the architecture and development of autonomous management
capabilities for ubiquitous computing environments, in general, and
e-health environments, in particular.
AMUSE will advocate
the concept of the Self-Managed Cell (SMC). Over a 36 month period 4
working packages will aim to create and develop an SMC, create methods
for inter-cell composition, intra-cell federation and layering whilst
developing various demonstrators and evaluators.
