Chandra is an experienced professional who specializes in deriving actionable insights from data and applies the insights to business, scientific and technological problems. Chandra Narayanan currently leads a team of data scientists at Facebook solving complex business problem using advanced scientific techniques. Examples of problems include - understanding and modeling user churn, evaluating and modeling risk assessment of users, achieving operational efficiency, user sentiment analysis etc.

Additional Notes: This talk will take place at 6.30pm in Physics Lecture theatre 2, Blackett - take the first lifts in Blacket as you come out of Hulxey Level 3 9walkway level) to the basement - turn leff out of the lifts and Blackett LT2 is a little way along on the left
