Title: A clean, safe, and secure Internet
Abstract:

StreamShield, a family of high-performance technologies, products and services, equips Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Communications Service Providers (CSPs) with a comprehensive, network-based content security capability. Designed for Tier-1 service providers, our carrier-class platforms have been designed from the outset for ultra-high-speed Internet Protocol (IP) networks, and provide near real-time analysis and content filtering with minimum latency.

The StreamShield platform helps reduce operational costs by detecting network abuse and malicious content, providing lifecycle management and automated remediation through, for example, identifying bot-infected subscribers and blocking outbound spam.

Our platforms also provide valuable business intelligence to ISPs and CSPs. This gives them a holistic view of traffic flow and content across the network to ensure investments, resources and services are focused where they are needed.

The talk will provide an overview of the technology that underpins the StreamShield platform, the challenges in deploying and managing it, and some of the use cases that implement our vision for a clean, safe, and secure Internet.
