Mark Baker is a Lead Programmer at Climax Action, currently working on Black Hawk Down Xbox. He has written articles and a regular column for Develop Magazine, and has previously worked with Muckyfoot Productions, Metrowerks Corporation, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and Philips Research. Before joining the games industry, Mark completed an MEng in Computing at Imperial College London.
