The help tree can be found in the panel on the left side of the help window. If it is not displayed you can show it by clicking on the Help Tree tab at the top of the panel.
The tree itself is simply a list of all the help pages organised into a directory tree. A help page in the tree is is represented by a page Icon next to its title and a directory in the tree is represented by a folder icon next to its name.
To expand a directory in the help tree click on circle next to the directories icon. The tree will then display all the pages contained in that directory directly below it. To collapse the directory click on the circle again and the tree will remove all the pages displayed below the directory name. You can display any of the help page in the tree by clicking on the pages name or icon to select it. The main viewing area in the help window will then display the selected help page.
