Using Pandora Help

Pandora help provides access to help on all areas of using pandora. The help information is divided up into pages that can be accessed from inside pandora by selecting Help from the Help menu in pandora or pressing the F1 key inside the Pandora window.
Once you have opened the help window you can keep it open while still using pandora by either minimizing it (using the button in the top right hand corner of the window) or by clicking on the main Pandora window to bring it to the front of your desktop.

Inside the help window the information is divide up into help pages that are specific to a particular subject or area. You can find the help page that is relivant to what you are looking for using one of the following navigation tools:

1. The Help Tree - which lists all the help pages in a tree structure
2. The Index - which lists all the pages in alphabetical order
3. The Search tool - which allows you to search for a page by its content

Hyperlinks and the navigation buttons

Help pages may contain hyperlinks in them which act in the same way as normal hyperlinks on web pages (displaying the linked page). These An example of a help page hyperlink is:

You can also navigate back to the last page you viewed in the help window by selecting the Back button from the toolbar at the top of the window. If you use the Back button the Forward button will become available and can be used to navigate back to the page you were in before you clicked on the Back button. The toolbar also contains a Home button, which takes you to the help welcome page that is displayed when you first open the Help Window, and a Help button which takes you to this help page.
Whenever you move to a different page in the Help window by any navigation method the The Help Tree is updated to show the currently displayed page as the one selected.

Closing help

The help window will stay open until you either close it or quit Pandora. To close the window click on the x button in the top right hand corner of the Help window.
