AGREEMENT

Mr. Athanassios Diacakis ('Thanos') agrees to provide Miss Shamimabi
 Paurobally ('Shamima') with one
packet of McCoy's Crisps ('Snack'), either Cheese or Chilli flavour,
 but not Barbecue or Chicken flavour,
every Friday starting from Friday, April 11th, 1997 until Friday, July 25th,
 1997, excluding the first Friday
of every month, which are May 2nd, June 6th, July 4th, on the condition that
 Shamima does not engage
directly or indirectly in any Internet Relay Chat activity ('irc') or
 similar activities on the Internet or other
electronic, including computer, networks and participation in the #mauritius
 or other irc channels using
alternative means and methods.  This excludes the ytalk service.  This
 contract will be instantly and
irrevocably terminated if the previously described conditions are not
 maintained or adhered to at all times.
The method and precise timing of the delivery will be mutually agreed in
 case of reasonably inconvenient
circumstances.  The geographical location of the delivery is limited to the
 South Kensington, Imperial
College campus and the time of delivery can be postponed within reason but
 not more than one week.  In
case one of the parties is abroad this period can be reasonably extended to 
 accommodate for this fact.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Thanos be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
 collateral, exemplary, consequential
or special damages or losses arising directly or indirectly of the provision
 of the Snack delivered under this
agreement, including without limitation loss of use, profits, goodwill or
 savings, or loss of data, data files,
or programs that may have been stored by Shamima.

The Snack will be provided, as is, without warranty of any kind, except
 that it will not be beyond its
expiry date, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the
 implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to
 the quality and performance of
the Snack is with Shamima and she assumes the entire cost of all necessary
 servicing, repair or correction.

In no event shall Shamima be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, 
 collateral, exemplary, consequential
or special damages or losses arising directly or indirectly of the provision
 of the Snack delivered under this
agreement, including without limitation loss of use, profits, goodwill or
 savings, or loss of data, data files,
or programs that may have been stored by Thanos.

In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing,
 Thanos or Shamima will not be liable
to any person in the event of force majeure.  Additionally they will not be
 liable for any loss as a result of
an act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of
 terrorism, the act of any
Government, organisation or authority (including refusal or revocation of
 any licence or consent), fire,
explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial
 action of any kind.

GENERAL
 
This Agreement may be terminated at any time with the written agreement of
 all parties.  This Agreement
is the entire Agreement between us and supersedes any other communications,
 advertisements, or
understandings with respect to the software and documentation.
