Our current web server doesn't run CGI-scripts with a "~<user>/"-type URL
unless their position *after following any symlinks* is in the "public_html/"
directory of the named user. (At least I think that's the situation!)
Hence the rather bizarre symlink arrangements for the unpacked-and-tweaked
"crit-0.9.2-ids-0.0.2-as-cgi-script/" version of CritSuite. So now you know!
