Guidelines
All printed material, including text, illustrations, and charts, to be within a print area of 6 7/8 inches (approx. 17.5 cm) wide by 8 7/8 inches (approx. 22.5 cm) long.
Center title about 3 lines down from the normal top of the print area, followed by two blank lines. Authors name and affiliation centered beneath title and followed by two blank lines. Then two-column format with columns 3 1/4 inches wide (approx. 8.5 cm), and a 3/8-inch (approx. 0.5 cm) space between columns (except for figures or tables that may span both columns).
Main title: Times-Roman 14-point boldface centered over both columns.
Author's name and affiliation: Times-Roman 12 point nonboldface.
Abstract and keywords: single spaced in 10-point Times-Roman, with 12-point interline spacing. 3-point additional space between abstract and keywords.
First-order headings: Times-Roman 12-point boldface, flush left, with one blank line before, and one blank line after.
Second-order headings: Times-Roman 11-point boldface, flush left, with one blank line before, and one after.
Footnotes: Times-Roman 8-point type with 10-point interline spacing for footnotes.
References: Times-Roman 9-point, with 10-point interline spacing. To be listed in alphabetical order. When referenced within the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets (for example, [1]).
Figure and table captions: Times-Roman 10-point boldface.
Other text: single spaced in 10-point Times-Roman, with 12-point interline spacing. The first line of each paragraph to be indented approximately 1/4 inch (approx. 0.7 cm), and the entire text justified - that is, flush left and flush right. No additional line spacing between paragraphs.
Page numbering, header and footer: To be excluded from camera-ready submission.
