Note to the participants in the Master
--------------------------------------

**REV.** indicates revision with respect to the material given to you during the lectures.

We suggest that, as a minimum, you download the material indicated with **REV.**, 
in particular, the following:

- "lecture 3 part B"

- the revised model "brooks_law_rev.zip", though its revision only incorporates changes
in the names of some of the variables. Model structure and equations remain the same

- the revised model "evolution1rev.zip", which incorporates corrections to some 
 problems of its previous version, and in general, a clearer, we hope, structure. We 
 changed some of the equations, including the "synergy" term, which now follows 
 a different, but qualitatively equivalent, formulation. See also the charts for
 "lecture 3 part B" which now include an explanation of the revised model

- the revised lab instructions "lab 2"

We also suggest that you finalise the compulsory part of lab 2 related to 
"evolution1rev.zip" using the revised model.

The models are provided as a "zip" file. Please "unzip" before doing anything else.

By the way, we are available to try to answer any of your questions.
