Make sure you get their advanced book, not Computer Organization and Design: The Hardware/Software Interface, which is their more introductory book (it's a perfectly good book but you should already have covered most of it).

This is the best source for the parallel architecture material in the course, where Hennessy and Patterson don't go far enough. It's also good on motivating parallel architecture issues from the requirements of parallel applications software.
