CSG is responsible for provision of the computing services used for teaching, research and administration within the Department of Computing at Imperial College London. This includes procurement, installation, maintenance and operation of hardware, software and communications facilities.

Department of Computing staff and students can contact us in any of these ways:

• Email to help@doc.ic.ac.uk submits your query to our Ticket Tracking system.

  This is the preferred method of contacting us, since your query can then be seen by all members of the group.
  Please mail in plain text format without attachments, preferably from your DoC email address (or at least ensure your DoC username is included in your message).

• Go to room 225 Huxley building from 10am Monday to Friday.

• Phone extension 46664.

• Fax extension 48389.

When reporting faults, or asking us to install or upgrade hardware or software, please help us to identify the computer or printer by giving us the following information:

• system name of the computer or printer.
• operating system used on the computer.
• room the equipment is in.
• full description of the fault or work to be carried out.
