Help on Search Fields


Protein
The protein field is a string which is interpreted as a Perl regular expression. The match is case-insentive. Examples:-

Accession Code
Must be a number.

Mr
pI
These fields may either be an exact number or a range numbers. A range is indicated by the presence of a - (hyphen). Examples:

Update date
This is a free-form string representing a day of the year. Examples:-

Last modified 23 Oct 2003.
