A wonderful day trip to my favourite palace in and around London. To really enjoy this trip, take the leisurely boat ride back to Westminster, it's well worth it.

Two fabulous days of driving from London. Stopped on the way in Cheddar, before driving through the mysterious and rocky Dartmoor, finally ending in Cornwall. Day 2 was another great drive from Praa Sands to Zennor via Minack Theatre and Land's End.

A fantastic 3-day bus tour from Edinburgh that took us through stunning landscapes, lovely villages and historic sites. We spent a day on the amazingly beautiful Isle of Skye, took a boat cruise on Loch Ness and visited Eilean Donan Castle. Would love to go back there someday !!!

A day trip to Windsor Castle - which is incredibly impressive. Managed to go there again almost exactly a year later (the ticket is valid for 1 year !!!). Make sure you visit on a day when St. George's Chapel is open.

A wonderful day trip to Warwick. The castle is very impressive and well worth a visit, but on the way, do not miss the other delights of this town.
