Tool support

To use, unpack into your filespace or even /tmp with tar -zxvf dnamaca-0.XX.tar.gz. Then set your path variable to: PATH=$PATH:$HOME/dnamaca/linux/bin. Documentation is provided in dnamaca/doc/thesis.ps.gz (mainly chapter 5). Further example DNAmaca files can be found in dnamaca/examples. To run, type: dnamaca FILE.mod.
