Title: How open source is changing the financial industry
Abstract:

Marc Andreessen famously said "software is eating the world". In this talk I hope to show how Open Source is increasingly eating into one of the strongholds of proprietary software: Wall Street. This is not only about the use of open source software - it's also about the culture, methods and tools - and I hope to give you some insight into how this is changing "enterprise" software development in some very positive ways, and what that means for you and your career.
