| Abstract: | The Barclays Labs provide a safe place for Barclays colleagues and customers to come together to learn and innovate together. The foundation of great customer experiences is a thorough understanding of customer needs, balanced against business objectives. The Labs allow Barclays to use this insight and evidence to inform the design of products, services and propositions. Using proven User Experience methods, the lab facilitators allow project teams to explore ideas, understand customer behaviours and expectations and ultimately deliver excellent customer experiences. Insight driven innovation and design will help to de-risk delivery by placing the customer at the centre of everything Barclays does. |
| Speaker Details: | Tobias Misera Tobias Misera is a user experience expert, enabling Barclays to win the hearts and minds of its customers. Tobias has an impressive 20 year record as a UX practitioner allowing him to balance user needs with business requirements. Tobias now leads multi-disciplinary teams, and has utilised his diverse skill set across a variety of roles. Key projects have included setting up an in-house research facility and CX team for Barclays, as well as running other strategic research projects. |
