What you get

• All registrations (except 2nd paper) get a copy of the proceedings, lunch on both days of the workshop, refreshments during the event, participation in the social event and a workshop dinner
• The 2nd paper registration receives an extra copy of the proceedings
• The Accompanying Person rate covers 2 lunches, an Oyster card for the London tube, the social event (optional) and the workshop dinner

Registration types and papers

1. All papers must have at least 1 registration associated with them (either Full, Student or 2nd paper)
2. Student registrations are for registered students. We reserve the right to ask for proof of student status
3. 2nd paper registrations are for authors who are presenting two papers, who have already got a Full registration on a 1st paper
4. Co-authors are very much encouraged to attend and where a paper already has a registration (either Student or Full) associated with it, co-authors can register at the lower Co-author rate
5. Co-authors may present the paper if they wish
6. Guest registrations are for people (from academia or industry) who are not associated with papers

How to register

1. Calculate from table above the total cost of your registration including any extras
2. Fill in the registration form and email it to EPEW 2009, it contains the details of all the people you are registering
3. Either pay by credit/debit card or by bank transfer following the instructions below
4. Remember to send us the registration form (completed point 2 as well) as it allows us to check for payment with the college. Apologies that this means duplicating some information

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

1. Proceed to the Imperial short course registration site
2. For Department: select Computing
3. For Course: select EPEW 2009
4. Select the number of delegates you are registering
5. The Full registration fee is entered by default in an editable field, but you should enter your total calculated registration at this stage if it differs from that
6. In the comments box, give us details of which registration types you are paying for and the surname of each person you are registering. Also any extras you would like
7. Supply your own billing details in the second half of the page. Leave the customer number/CID blank unless you are an Imperial employee/student
