Departmental Student Travel Policy

Each student has the opportunity of three trips. One trip can be a training trip meaning that they do not have a full paper published in that conference or that it is a summer school etc. Trips to dubious multi-conferences will not be approved. Maximum funding for a world-wide trip is £700 and £500 for an European trip. Travel form must be filled in completely PRIOR to travel (otherwise funding may not be approved), see policy & travel form.
