Having worked on and supervised many projects, I am excited to help businesses with software, data science, research and artificial intelligence projects as an independent consultant.

I offer independent review, advice and aid for machine learning and artificial intelligence projects. I work to optimise deliverables, time constraints and project outcomes with a goal-driven approach.

I hold a first class honours centenary award for Masters in Computing Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence with industry experience in companies such as SurveyMonkey, Ocado Group, Google and DeepMind. I’m a full member of the British Computing Society, The Chartered Institute for IT and aim for the highest professional and ethical standards throughout my work and teaching.

I mainly operate in London, UK but also travel across the United Kingdom and abroad. Please get in touch using the contact page for:

Project Consulting Talks and Workshops
An independent review, advice and consulting on small to large scale projects involving software engineering, computing research, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Engaging talks, presentations and workshops for non-technical audiences about modern computing practices and artificial intelligence.
Examples include product development, deployment and user experience as well as artificial intelligence integration for businesses, councils and schools. Examples include Q&A panels, presentations on AI and ethics at companies and events, as well as computing and career talks at schools.

I have advised on the following questions in the past:

  • How can the project benefit from new artificial intelligence techniques?
  • Is the project using the most appropriate machine learning model?
  • What are the potential ethical issues surrounding a product using a neural network?
  • Is the deployment architecture (containers, virtual machines, database types) cost efficient?
  • How can a legacy product best upgraded using modern tools?
