Summary
I am an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in the Computational Optimisation Group (COG) within the Department of Computing, supported by the BASF / RAEng Senior Research Fellowship in Scale-Bridging Modelling and Optimisation. My research focuses on optimization and learning methods for sequential decision making under uncertainty, with particular emphasis on mixed-integer programming and statistical learning. I apply these methods to domains such as chemical engineering, artificial intelligence, process scheduling and control, demand-side management, and energy systems.
