Perl Short Course: December 2012

Changes this year:
- replaced lecture 6 big example (last year: max frequency, this year: linked lists module).
- Two new lectures, 7 and 8, covering functional programming in Perl, and some advanced Perl topics.
- incorporated lovely new Function::Parameters "fun name(args)" and "method name(args)" syntax from lectures 5..8.
